Advance Internet booking
Bookings on the Internet must be made at least 48 hours before the beginning of your car rental period.

Age and driving license requirements
The driver must be over 19 years old with a minimum of one year driving experience, otherwise an additional fee will be applied.

Currency
All rates are based in US dollars. Any payment made in currencies other than USD is computed according to   UNO rent a car conversion rates.

UNO rent a car insurance policy
- all cars are fully insured for driver & passengers /// Personal accidents insurance is available upon request covering the driver and the passengers.
- Down payement insurance policies for all categories is mandatory (USD from 300 to 3000 deposit).

UNO rent a car additional services
- Bilingual and formally dressed drivers are available.
- Mobile phone rentals are available. - Extra car equipment such as child seats, winter equipments, snow chains and others are available upon request.

UNO rent a car free of charge services

- Mechanical service is available during working hours.
- In case a car is picked up from a city and dropped into another.
- In case the car is picked-up or delivered at the airport.

Gasoline (Petrol)
Gasoline is not included in the rental contract. The car must return with the same tank displacement as the day it was rented.

Vat
10% additional VAT tax is applied on the total invoice.

Additional driver(s)
The driver mentioned in the contracts is the only person allowed to drive the UNO vehicle. Customers should notify the company of the extra driver collecting their vehicles.
